Experienced Fire Sprinkler Construction Foreman

Sprinkl-Tech Installations Inc. is looking for a skilled Fire Sprinkler Construction Foreman to lead the alteration, installation, and repair of fire sprinkler systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects meet construction schedules, provide high-quality results, and manage resources for profitability. Experience with installation, renovation, and troubleshooting is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Read, understand, and execute installations based on approved drawings.
Maintain open communication with Owners or General Contractors to coordinate project activities.
Layout and install all sprinkler system components.
Ensure a complete and finished system as outlined in contract documents.
Provide ongoing training and guidance to helpers.
Report time, invoicing, and change order information to the Fire Sprinkler Manager.
Collaborate with the design team on coordination and design changes, ensuring a smooth installation process and providing as-built drawings.

Experienced Fire Sprinkler Fitter

Sprinkl-Tech Installations Inc. is looking for a skilled Fire Sprinkler Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection, installation, and repair of Wet, Dry, Pre-action, Deluge, and Foam systems. You will also be tasked with testing, rebuilding, and replacing Backflow Preventers, while identifying and addressing any trouble areas to ensure that sprinkler systems operate effectively and efficiently. Attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism are essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, distribute, and install materials for fire sprinkler systems according to engineered drawings and job specifications.
Work with various system types, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, standpipe, and hose systems.
Install piping materials such as steel schedule 40, schedule 10, schedule 7, XL, CPVC, C-900, and ductile iron.
Install valves, devices, and trim for system risers, alarm valves, dry pipe valves, pre-action, and deluge valves, including backflow prevention devices.
Fabricate, cut, groove, and fuse piping as necessary on job sites.
Utilize tools such as power machines, hand tools, ladders, lifts, drills, saws, and other necessary equipment for installations.
Assemble and install piping in accordance with NFPA and industry standards.
